What is Personal Data?

What we collect depends on how you interact with us and is limited to what is reasonable and appropriate for that interaction. If you only browse our Site, we collect limited device data. If you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to fulfil your request and improve our relationship with you.

Minors
Our Platforms and services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data, contact maison@ardazaei.com to request deletion.
3Using Personal Information (Purposes & Lawful Bases)

- Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where required for cookies/analytics, consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

- Recruitment (evaluate applications, schedule interviews).
- Legal basis: legitimate interests, contract, and legal obligation as applicable.
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share it with affiliates and trusted service providers acting under our instructions as processors. We may disclose data to public authorities if required by law. In the event of a reorganisation or sale of our business, your data may be transferred to the relevant purchaser.

9Retention
We keep Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting retention periods), to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements.
- Order/transaction data is retained for the period required by applicable law.
- Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or opt out, after which we keep minimal suppression data to honour your request.
- Support records are retained for a reasonable period after resolution.
We apply deletion or anonymisation when data is no longer needed.
10Automatic Decision-Making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated tools to prevent fraud (e.g., temporary deny lists for suspicious IP addresses or cards).
Your rights: where applicable, you can request human review, express your point of view and contest a decision.

EEA/UK/Swiss residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your Personal Data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).

Your data may be initially processed/hosted in the EEA (e.g., by Shopify in Ireland) and then transferred outside Europe as described under International Transfers.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know/access, correct, delete, and to opt out of “selling” or “sharing” Personal Information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You also have the right to limit the use of sensitive Personal Information (if we collect any) and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
